2011 - The Year in Review

In 2011, the firm settled one hundred sixty (160) personal injury cases, recovering over ten million dollars for its clients.  Moreover, the firm's "average settlement" was the highest in firm history - over $60,000 - a 25% increase over the highest previous year! The firm's Managing Partner, Phil Wiskow, attributes the increase to the firm's new policy of initiating suit between nine and fifteen months after each client's accident.  By doing so, the firm is now resolving cases sooner than ever before.
